Self-Collection & Delivery Matters
Yes. Self-collection is available at the Mid-Autumn Booth (Hotel Lobby) from 21 August to 25 September 2026, between 10am and 9pm.
For other purchases, please refer to your confirmation email on collection details.
No. A minimum of 3 days advance order is required for all orders.
Delivery is available at $35 nett per location, between 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, subject to availability. Enjoy complimentary delivery with a minimum purchase of 50 boxes.
Unfortunately, for orders passed the allocated collection date, no refunds will be allowed.
Customer Care
For baked mooncakes, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For snowskin mooncakes, it has to be kept in the fridge or freezer.
All our food items are made fresh daily, and limited quantities are available. We highly recommend you pre-order them 3 days in advance to avoid disappointment.
For walk-in purchases, you may visit our Mid-Autumn Booth (Hotel Forecourt) from 21 August to 25 September 2026, between 10am and 9pm. Please note that purchases are subject to availability.
